Budget Tracking from Your Performance Page

Easily configure budgets for each listing directly from your Performance page by clicking “” in the top right. Select one or multiple listings to add a total budget which will default into automatic monthly budget calculations or even apply specific monthly budgets for high or low seasons.

Quickly filter by inventory type like bedroom count or market to apply a budget to all the listings that fit your criteria. Then go in a fine tune by individual listing as needed.

Once your budget is configured, you now can visualize how you’re pacing to budget in your Sales Analysis chart on your Performance page.
