An indicator for an individual date or a date range to display the booking probability based on various metrics, such as lead time, occupancy rate, and more, compared against a specific set of datasets or metrics.

They would want to be able to set and customize % adjustments within a certain lead time, but based on the neighborhood or and market's occupancy %.

Ability to do manual sync on Performance Page to pick up new reservations as they come in.

The ability to see how amenities would be calculated or which amenities affects the base price.

Potential settings include... Custom date ranges: Setting a base price for a particular set of custom dates. Days in the week adjustments: Like seasonality adjustments, except days in the week (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday base prices).

Have a control in Gap night settings that if turned on, automatically defaults to the minimum defined length of stay selected, in cases where the gap is less than the normal length of stay. For example, you have a 13 night gap, you can set the minimum length of stay to 7 nights in that 13 night gap.

Share a year-end statement, detailing all billings made from Wheelhouse, to make it easier for my business.

Add filtering based on the minimum stays in the Navigator.

Ability to track performance how well the listing has done since using Wheelhouse.
