Easier Way to Automatically Assign a Teams Role
We’ve introduced the ability to auto-assign a role (Manager, Editor, or Viewer) for your team members.
This update will make it much easier for you to manage listing access for teammates and ensure that new listings are immediately accessible to the right teammates. By setting up a teammate with Auto Assignment, this teammate will be assigned the specified role to
all of your new and existing listings in your portfolio
.Head to Teams under your profile name to start auto-assigning roles (Manager, Editor or Viewer) to your teammates.
Removing Auto Assignments:
To remove an assigned role on all existing listings for a user, select “No Auto Assignment” from the dropdown.
You are still able to update listing access for users on an individual listing basis. For example, a teammate can be auto-assigned the “Editor” role, but later adjust their access on a particular listing to “Manager” or “Viewer”, at the listing level.
