We’ve added a new way for you to manage your listings on Wheelhouse.
This week, we added a “manager” level to your team roles. This means you can now add “manager” to your listings, much like the “editor” & “viewers” tiers you have already.
By assigning a teammate a “manager”, you give them the ability to:
  • Upgrading/Downgrading the Listing:
Managers can upgrade or downgrade listings from the paid tier.
  • Adjust Listing Access:
Managers can assign/remove teammates as “editors” or “viewers” on a listing.
As is expected, managers also have editor & viewer capabilities, on a listing level.
Want to add a manager to a listing?
  • Click “Show Teammate Columns” from your Portfolio Calendar or Pricing page.
  • Click the manager column, and add any existing (or new) teammates as manager
  • Much like our other tiers, you can only assign someone as a manager if you are the owner of the listing/account.

Viewing Listings:
When a manager upgrades a listing, you will both see the listing added to the associated pricing tier in your Subscriptions.
Other Notes:
If a listing is downgraded, Automation will display as OFF.
