To access this view, visit any individual listing, view the pricing chart, and select from your In Context views.
When you load this In Context view, the median price for nearby similar listings is shown as a dark green line.
The lighter green area illustrates the price range between the 25% and 75% percentile of similar listings.
(By “similar listings”, our system is referencing listings with the same bedroom count in your market)
As a reminder, to view metrics for specific listings you choose to benchmark against, create a Dynamic Set and assign your listings to pull in those Set details or Set Aggregate within your pricing chart.
