You can now access associated OTA Links of a listing directly from the settings in a dropdown - OTA Links. These include Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or even Direct Website links.
Associated Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com listing links are automatically populated for the following PMS integrations (if available) and are currently unable to be modified:
- BrightSide
- Guesty
- Hostfully
- iGMS
- Made Comfy
If a different PMS is integrated than the ones listed above and no OTA links are available, you also have the ability to add a specific Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com link to a listing by:
- Clicking the OTA Links dropdown
- Selecting “Add Link”
- Choosing the Channel and pasting the link
You also have the ability to add Direct Website links by following the same instructions.
For different Teams roles assigned to a listing:
- Viewers can see the links, but cannot add a new link
- Editors, Managers and Admins are able to add new links
Please note that an OTA link can only be linked to 1 Wheelhouse listing at a time. If an OTA link is already added to a different listing, you will see an error message when attempting to add.
In addition if a channel listing is inactive, the link will not be added into Wheelhouse.
