Portfolio Calendar - New Pricing Views
Viewing prices from the Portfolio Calendar is more advanced than ever before! Below are a variety of ways to prices across your entire portfolio:
Granularity
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Rollup Prices (Prices sum for the selected duration)
Pricing
- Observed: These are the rates from your channel/PMS. This is helpful when starting with Wheelhouse to see what your current rates are compared to the Wheelhouse recommended rates.
- Wheelhouse Pricing: This view shows you Wheelhouse's recommended rates and the price for booked nights.
- Minimum Price: A quick glance at the minimum price for each day.
- Maximum Price: A quick glance at the maximum price for each day.
- Fixed Rates: This toggle shows/hides your fixed rates.
- Booked Prices: This toggle shows you booked rates or Wheelhouse recommended rates if the day was still available.
