Recent Updates Across the Platform

Over the last quarter, we’ve introduced minor updates to your Portfolio pages, Individual Listings, Performance pages, and Dynamic Sets.

Portfolio Pricing Pages (Calendar, Settings, Pricing Metrics)

Updated Columns Menu and addition of “Historical Metrics”: Historical Metrics calculate KPI’s but for backward looking dates. Existing Portfolio KPI’s calculating on forward looking dates named and organized under “Future Metrics''
Asking Rate added as a “Future Metric” column
Icons added to Settings dropdown in Portfolio Settings
Filter and Column for “Admin of Listings” added

Performance Page (Formerly Bookings Page)

Comparison of Sets limited to sets of 250 or less
New KPI’s for Adj. RevPar and Bookable Nights added as Overlays
Added Link to Listing in Reservation Table under Name Column
Button to remove Overlay Added
Added capability to Export Overlays when added to visualization
All Filter Options from Portfolio Pages added as Filter Options on Performance Page

Individual Listing

Updated Reservation Display on Listing Calendar: Back to Back reservations are now visible as well as the reservation’s Nightly Revenue (total revenue without fees)
Weekday in Daily Chart Header: Name of weekday added in the pricing overlay

Billing

Filters added to Billing Page for navigating lists of listings when changing subscription: Full Wheelhouse filter set now available on the Billing Subscriptions page
