Snapshot of Base Price History

Whether a listing is set to data-driven or fixed base prices, you now are able to easily view the history of all base price changes for an individual listing. 
When looking at the Base Price setting for a property, click “View Historical Base Price
” under the Recommended Breakdown. 
You will then be directed to a new page to visualize all base price changes in a chart and graph view within the last 30 days, including:
Date
Recommended base price
Adjustment made (if applicable)
Fixed price added (if applicable)
This is the first step in bringing you a major improvement and more transparency to our Demand Model resulting in more precise Base Prices - especially in smaller markets or for large listings, where fewer comparable properties exist.
