There is no record to find base rate changes if you have it on data driven settings. I cannot use this feature until I know how it has changed over time.

Eg: A unit is under pacing, do I change base rate or do I change date specific ranges? There is no way to know without knowing what has already been done. Yes, you can look at history for a specific date but not realistic for more global changes. Beyond has a recent change log built into calendar view and on the dashboard when you hover that you can reference.
