when defining custom dates, we should be able to select specific check in days of the week. Currently we have to go back to AIrbnb to do this via setting rules with them.

I have come to like your platform and want to do most of my work on it and not have to go back to airbnb.

Also black out dates? why can we not do this on your site?

Example: I'd like to require 4 night minimum stays if users select to book starting Thursday between June 1 and September 1.

So that would be for check in on Thursdays of June 1 - Sept 1

Once they chose to check in on Thursday, they will be required to book at least 4 nights.

In summer months I rent weekly with check in on Sundays only. (therefore no gap days) You need to allow an edit to include this. I can do it on airbnb/vrbo so why not wheelhouse??!!

Right now I can manually set no check-in dates manually through OTA. It would be nice to be able to automate this in Wheelhouse so that I could limit the number of check-ins on any particular day.

The ability to add a function to the Dynamic Minimum stays where a 2nt minimum stay for example is allowed, but only when there is a check-out the day of check-in, or a check-in the day of departure, or Current unbooked day (Today) would count also as a simulated adjacent reservation.

Is there a feature to create a 1-night gap on weekdays, so I would not ever be required to switch out the room in the middle of a work day? Ex: once a guest books Monday - Tuesday, Tuesday night becomes blocked on the calendar.

Customer's Request:

I have a 2 nights min stay, and I’m ok with one night stays if need be, but I prefer to minimize them. This means I prefer check-ins on the same day as the check-out, and I don’t like check-ins the day after the checkout, as they create one night gaps between reservations. I don’t want to block dates either, as that’s lost income.

What I’m looking for is a feature which leaves the day after the check-out available, but makes it impossible or next to impossible to book as a check-in day, as that would create a one night gap.

All dates available

No restrictions on check-in the day of the previous check-out

Restrictions on check-in the day after check-out, as that creates one night gaps

The way I currently do it, I set 7 nights as a min stay for reservations which begin the day after a check-out. This leaves the day open, so it doesn’t affect reservations starting the same day as a check-out, but it discourages people from making reservations starting the day after a check-out, making one-night gaps extremely unlikely.
