Performance - Ability to include/exclude cleaning fees in revenue-related reports

Be able to see all performance reports with cleaning fees removed as it greatly inflates numbers. Would also love to input how much i actually pay (loss or gain) for cleaning vs cleaning fees so see how much I truly make after fees. For instance one property we lose $10 a turn, if i could enter that or enter how much i actually pay and it calculates it.

A key distinction here... For a given house ( represented by a listing group ), total revenue per day. the 19th - $80, for example... with a toggle to include/exclude cleaning fees.
Reasoning: For my houses you can book a room or an entire house, BUT the big picture cost for the house is simple to calculate. My boulder house: $110/ day. So this would show me in an instant whether my total income is above or below my costs for that given property.
How to do it in the UX? Simple.
User clicks 'generate custom metric'
User sees a list of listings
User checks one or multiple listings off to include, adds a name, clicks submit.
App generates a metric on the dashboard for those listings, and checks for each day the income and cleaning fees, and populates the report.
The tricky part? If a listing spans 3 days, the app needs to check the total income, subtract the cleaning fee, divide by 3, and include THAT number.
Happy to help design it if someone wants to deal with the back end ")

Here is a custom google sheet that I generated to calculate and represent these metrics as an example.

Be forewarned, it also does many other things, like calculate how many hours of software engineering I need to do in addition to the generated income via airbnb so that I am congruent every day with making enough money to consider myself making 100k/year ( meaning $297.61 per day )
As added inspiration from this sheet, you could also, of course, allow the user to input the cost of the house to calculate aggregated profit per day, and then allow them to color code that profit or loss based on a target...

Me too!
Cleaning fees should be separated.
