Pricing - Support airbnb new service fee model

I had a recent conversation with Wheelhouse about this (early March 2022) and the final comment I received was:
"Since not all of our customers are using the same model (as most of our users are still having their guests pay the service fees), it is not possible for us to make an adjustment to our pricing model at the moment but we will be sure to take note of your feedback and see what we can do to improve."
Aside from skewing how Wheelhouse views your properties' pricing in relation to the market, it also causes Wheelhouse to charge more for their service if on the Pro-Flex plan.
At the time, I didn't realize that this service fee structure from AirBNB had been brought to Wheelhouse's attention almost two years earlier -- so, I'm up-voting this feature request in hopes that Wheelhouse may consider implementing it soon.

There are two methods airbnb now offers to pay service fee. The original model is that hosts pay3% service fee, set their prices and airbnb will collect on top of that a service fee from the guest. In this case you need to set your prices excluding customer service fee. The new model is that airbnb collects (currently 14%) a service fee from the host only. There is a 0% service fee for guests in this case. So in this case hosts have to price taking into account the full service fee. Wheelhouse should directly support both models. Current Wheelhouse suggestion for model 2 is to add a % to all prices manually, which is a workaround but not an elegant and integrated solution.

Can someone explain a little more about this?
