Pricing - Support for out-of-market listings

If a customer has an out-of-market listing, they'd still like to utilize the Wheelhouse interface for calendar pricing management. Ways they would use it:
Setting prices on a fixed basis on the calendar.
Setting minimum and maximum prices.
Setting minimum stays.
Setting long-term discounts.
Setting last-minute discounts.
Viewing calendar prices through the year.

Jake Creasey: hello Jake, any feedback for this feature. A friend of mine has 3 flats out of market and he can't use Wheelhouse. I posted a request for his city "Rouen, France". I have been recommanded him Wheelhouse since I started working with you as your tools are very powerfull !

Hey Yoann Vincent! We're still scoping out what support for out-of-market listings look like and have taken some steps to do this with the launch of our hybrid pricing model, that way folks in out of market areas could potentially just use the Wheelhouse tools without any of the data-driven options until we can expand to their market.
That being said, we should be covering Rouen, France! Do you mind whether you/your friend could send us an email through hello@usewheelhouse.com with the postal codes those listings are located in? Then we can confirm whether we are covering that exact area of Rouen or whether we need to extend our markets a little!
