Create a reporting tool to track the total revenue opportunity available. Only include revenue for available and open nights (do not include blocked nights or already booked nights). Please make it customizable for segments, specific dates, and scalable to track by listing and thousands of listings.

In addition to this, it would helpful to have an Total Revenue Opportunity Loss that tracks the same except for blocked nights. This would be helpful to communicate to property owners of their opportunity loss for blocked dates.
