Recently, we introduced the ability to create custom In-Context views and select the series of settings you would like displayed, allowing you to see the data you care about most without needing to select each series every time you log in.
As a fast follow and major improvement, you now can select additional property listings from your portfolio to view in your pricing charts.
By bringing other properties to view, you are able to quickly compare under-performing versus over-performing listings.
For example, if you are viewing your In-Context chart for a property in Lake Tahoe, you now can quickly add all Lake Tahoe properties in your portfolio to get a singular view of performance for that cluster. No need to add every time, as you also can save the view with different series of settings to visualize the data you care about.
The same goes for creating specific owner views. Want to gauge property performance by owner? Simply select each listing belonging to that owner and either save as a new view or update an existing view that will save across all listings assigned.
To add additional properties to an existing view, select the
Series Dropdown
and
Select Other Listings
. Then click to add each listing or search for a specific listing. You then can easily
Save As View
or
Update View
for future reference.
To create a new custom view, select
Create New View
from the chart dropdown. Then add the series of settings you’d like in your chart along with any additional properties to include. You can
Set as Default
to display this view first when on your calendar or settings page for that listing.
You now can move even QUICKER through your portfolio to get a clear view of data you need. We hope this helps you make any adjustments needed to continue maximizing revenue and saving time.
