Feature Requests

The ability to have automatic changeover gap night to be prioritized when having sub rules for check-in/out.

The user would like to have a feature where they can manually enter the fees they would like to reduce the net revenue from.

A way to add a subrule such as to exclude/include specific dates or have other subrules like time-based rule or date-specific rules.

Ability to adjust the existing Dynamic Percentage custom rate in bulk. If I have 100%, 35%, and 50% set in different listings and adjust it by -5%, it should adjust the Dynamic Percentage custom rate to 95%, 30%, and 45%.

The system should display the nickname for listings instead of the full name, or provide the ability to switch between the nickname and the original name.

The ability to also include the minimum stays value per date on the calendar of a listing.

An indicator for an individual date or a date range to display the booking probability based on various metrics, such as lead time, occupancy rate, and more, compared against a specific set of datasets or metrics.

They would want to be able to set and customize % adjustments within a certain lead time, but based on the neighborhood or and market's occupancy %.

Ability to do manual sync on Performance Page to pick up new reservations as they come in.

The ability to see how amenities would be calculated or which amenities affects the base price.
