The ability to be able to add discounts/markups on the final rate for the rates on Wheelhouse.

The ability to be able to open up availability on arrival dates when reservation requests are sent to Track. The Track team mentioned that WH needs to establish the API connection to make it happen and use this documentation here for reference: https://developer.trackhs.com/

The ability to view metrics on the performance page but have it based on the reservations dates. At the moment, we only have it based on the stay dates, but not the reservations date.

The ability or choice, to be able to download certain information like listing's rates, metrics, settings data and more, automatically.

The ability to see the details of each member added like when team members were added/removed.

The ability to view metrics based on the Reservation's creation date instead of stay dates. That way we can see that based on those months, how much/many bookings were made.

The ability to show Smart Flags under individual unit/listing page. This way, users are able to see the statuses clearly on a unit level to help adjust settings more swiftly.

The ability to add more than just one type of discount under Custom Rate Dynamic option. This way users can have many types of discounts they can set up for those specific custom rate dates.

If one listing gets booked, it puts discount to another property
