I'd like to be able to see a projection of the amount of money I'm expecting to earn, in a future month.

It would be great to be able to manually add in local events and track them through Wheelhouse

Enable me to increase our rates for major holidays much (or at all in some cases). We get larger premiums for major holidays, than Wheelhouse's algorithm recommends. Therefore, I'd like Wheelhouse to price ALL holidays more aggressively, instead of having to scroll through every calendar.

We have 2 identical one-bedroom cabins. We would like to ensure the pricing remains consistent between both cabins, but still allow it to fluctuate according to demand.

Customer Request: Is there a way to apply custom rates to a specific holiday, like presidents weekend rather than the specific days. So that way it carries forward year after year?

A couple of different kinds of adjustments and points that have been requested with an overarching request for more seasonal rules. A couple of these seasonal rules requested are: The ability to create adjustments to the Seasonality figures based on percentages, as opposed to just adjusting the end dollar amount. The ability to allow users to define their 'Seasons' instead of adjustments for full months, especially for some areas where 'seasons' go until mid-month instead of the full month. The ability to determine weekend pricing based on seasonality as opposed to adjusting weekend pricing for the entire year out as a whole. The ability to set different Day of Week Min Stays based on the season, especially for folks that want increased weekend min stays for their high seasons and a different set of min stays for low season.
