Create a real estate analysis tool, to examine the value of a potential listing in a market.

Customer Request: I thought of a feature that would be very helpful. I would like to see for each month, what my revenue would be with the current pricing if I book each night. Then there should be a toggle to switch the occupancy rate for each month and it would adjust the forecasted income. This really would help with forecasting and budgeting.

If a customer has an out-of-market listing, they'd still like to utilize the Wheelhouse interface for calendar pricing management. Ways they would use it: Setting prices on a fixed basis on the calendar. Setting minimum and maximum prices. Setting minimum stays. Setting long-term discounts. Setting last-minute discounts. Viewing calendar prices through the year.

Customer's Request: Ability to set revenue goal for each month. Once goal is reached, Wheelhouse may decrease pricing for other dates to make sure that customer will always get booked.
